Read on. I feel ashamed to think this happens in India. Is there anything we can do sitting here in the US about such things? I think not. But then I think, is there something we can do about such things were if we back in India? We might not have even heard about it back home. When are we going to mature as a community?

Then again, this did happen in BIHAR. Who's to say any laws hold there?
